ITNS became a public limited company and increased its authorized capital from 150 million baht to 220 million baht (paid-up capital of 150 million baht).

Increased and paid up the registered capital to 10 million baht in order to support the expansion of the operation to cover IT and communication technology and also changed the company name to International Network System Company Limited in 2011. Mr. Somchai Uamkrathum acquired the company stock and joined the management board to expand the business in the networking aspect.

SNIT System Company Limited, later changed to ITNS Company Limited, was founded by Ms. Nattaya Nuntawanich with an authorized capital of 1 million baht, aiming to import/export software and hardware products.
